The new date for the Meridian barbecue to be held at Toplands, Riverside Hamble Park is Sunday 17 September between 10.30 and 14.30.
As the arrangements had to change they are a little bit complicated:
1. If you were booked on the old date and can make this new date you do not need to do anything, we will assume you are attending and wish to keep your order as is.
2. If you were not booked on the original day but can make the new date, please contact Denise at denise.smith200@gmail.com to provide your order and make payment to the Meridian account of £5 per person.
Your payment can be sent by bank transfer to Meridian Beekeepers, Lloyds Bank Bishops Waltham, 30-90-85, 00962116
Please remember to add the reference BBQ and your surname to make tallying everything up easier for our treasurer.
3. If you booked before and are unable to make the new date please contact Phil (our Treasurer) to obtain a refund. Treasurer@meridianbeekeepers.com
